On the LockerPulse Blog: Making HTML5 and Responsive Design Work for Web Apps Like LockerPulse
Over on the LockerPulse Product Blog I wrote an in-depth post about the design and development of the new LockerPulse. Scrubbing Toilets
Now that we have our team in place, there’s a new “normal” in the warehouse that’s much different than it was at any time in the past. There are a lot more people there on a daily basis, doing a wider variety of things. When this transition occurred we took the opportunity to change a few routines to better fit the company culture that we wanted going forward. They Don’t Teach Documentation in College
As we continue to learn what works and what doesn’t when it comes to training our employees, we’ve stumbled upon a few gems that will become staples of our training processes moving forward. One such example is with documentation. Documentation is pretty critical for our business (or really any business of any size for that matter). Focus: Growth
Yesterday was our new full-time employee Bobby’s first day of work. You may recall that Bobby just finished up college as a Math major at SUNY Albany. He will be taking over our accounting, working on data analysis projects to improve our data-driven decision making as a company, and chipping in with the day-to-day operations in the warehouse.
