I never really planned on having a business with this much &quot;overhead&quot; but it does present opportunities to do creative projects like this that our competitors don&#039;t/won&#039;t/can&#039;t do, each one of which gives us a little tiny competitive advantage.</description>

That is a really great idea.  Streamlining this will help your company so much, and maybe you&#039;ll have more time to do something you&#039;d enjoy more.  I&#039;m always thankful that I don&#039;t deal in tangible products that need packaging/shipping/postage, etc.</description>
