I've been contacting them for two weeks now - they just transfer me around and around to their automated system (which... sucks). I had to finally let loose and refuse to be transferred. After explaining my situation at least eight times already... I've lost my cool. They can't figure things out over there. I'd be VERY scared for them to hold ANY of my financial information.
